Project: Farmhouse Renovation

The farmhouse kitchen is in the finishing stages. I wanted to tell you about how professional the project Manager, Ryan is. He has been amazing to work with both at my dental office and here at the farmhouse. He works hard, answers issues on weekends, and is just very dedicated to a project I wanted to thank you for using him for my projects!

Project: New Building Construction

It is with honor and pride that we recognize DESCCO with regard to our new facility. Project Manager, Tim Heffner, took the time to explain the drawings and specified materials to us as we moved through the construction phase.

He would suggest alternative materials and methods if we did not like the specified materials. Foreman, Steve Behm and the other craftsmen performing the work were conscientious and also very helpful. The jobsite was kept very clean and safe and the project moved forward on a consistent basis.

The construction of a new funeral home was a business goal of our family and DESCCO Design & Construction, Inc. has certainly fulfilled our dream. The craftsmanship found in the building is top-notch. The guidance and true professionalism provided by the DESCCO team is a true indication of their devotion to providing an outstanding finished product along with superior customer service.

Project: Retail Fit-Out / Renovation

The Hamburg Branch of Fulton Bank, N.A received a complete renovation, led by DESCCO. Throughout construction, time schedules were communicated and adhered to with no interruptions. We had no change orders to increase costs or create delays.

DESCCO provided weekly progress meetings, which helped the branch employees plan for the next weeks’ challenges and if there was a reason to not do a certain job in order to better serve our customers, DESCCO was able to adjust their schedule without inconveniencing the branch. All the employees of DESCCO and their sub-contractors were polite, and considerate of the bank employees and customers. They were a true pleasure to work with.

Even through the heat of summer, they did their best to keep the branch as comfortable as possible and I could tell that the safety of bank employees and customers was always in the front of the minds of the workers. DESCCO was able to complete the project on time with no need to interrupt our normal banking hours.

Project: Office Renovation

This project was a major renovation of an existing office space that had been damaged when a sprinkler pipe broke below the floor and flooded the entire area. The renovation was phased allowing operations adjacent to the construction site to remain operational.

DESCCO provided exceptional pre-construction planning, coordination, and collaboration with other trades in order to meet the challenging schedule and complete construction in time for our open house. Ryan Conrad, Project Manager, met with me, the design team, and other contractors on a regular basis to ensure the project was on schedule. Safety barriers, walls, and walkways were provided by DESCCO to ensure the safety of my staff at all times.

Loud construction activities were completed early in the morning in an effort to reduce the disruptiveness to my staff. Jason Larish, foreman, made sure that the quality of construction was consistent, and it really shows in the final product. The renovated office space looks great! I look forward to working with DESCCO Design & Construction on future projects.
